Innovative Software Solutions LTD. was founded in 1991 when a group of business owners were tired of working with the shortcomings of their current business software. They decided they needed another solution. They enlisted the help of John Stallmer to build a software system tailored to their needs. From there a relationship was created, one that allowed input and direction from the user. It is this relationship that would become the foundation for Innovative Software Solutions growth and the backbone behind the industry leader software program PICAS. Since that time, Innovative Software Solutions President John Stallmer has led the success of his company with the soul interest of making "Raving Fans" of all of his customers.
